Get free standard shipping on every order. Want your frames sooner? Customers can choose standard shipping for free or expedited for $16

To track an order click on the ‘Track My Order,’ link in the email you receive once the itemis shipped out.

If you need to change your shipping address after making an order, simply email orders@galaken.com and the change will be made.

Galaken's glasses are completely fine to clean as you would any other glasses. Using a lens cleaner such as lotion-free dish washing liquid or pre-packaged lens cleaner to gently clean the frame. Then make sure to remove the soap with some water as needed. Once the frame is cleaned, be sure to place them in your Galaken microfiber carry case.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All orders must be made through our online store and cannot be made over the phone. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you believe your glasses have arrived defective? At times, when using higher grade materials, such as acetate, parts of the frame can become bent or misshapen. We will exchange any frame that is not satisfactory. Optometrists are also able to fix the frame as well.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@blnq.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any orders made within 30 days are eligible for free exchanges. Just simply email admin@galaken.com to state which item you would like to exchange and you will receive a return label. Once the frames are received, the exchange pair will be sent out with tracking information.

If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we may resolve the issue.

If the style you want is currently out of stock, no worries! All styles out of stock are usually replaced within one week.
