Get free standard shipping on every order $25 and up. All merchandise ships from Irvine, CA.

To track an order click on the ‘Track My Order,’ link in the email you receive once your order has shipped.

If you need to make changes to your order, please email support@galaken.com as soon as possible.

Galaken's glasses are completely fine to clean as you would any other glasses. Use a lens cleaner such as lotion-free dish washing liquid or pre-packaged lens cleaner to gently clean your lenses. Once your glasses have been cleaned, be sure to place them in your Galaken microfiber pouch.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

That's horrible! Nobody likes receiving damaged products! Well, rest assured that we have you covered should that happen. Simply e-mail support@galaken.com with a brief description of your issue so we can get things set right.

Any order made within 30 days is eligible for a free exchange. Please email support@galaken.com to state which item you would like to exchange and you will receive a return label. Once the frames are received, the exchange pair will be sent out with tracking information.

If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact support@galaken.com so we may resolve the issue.

All good things come to an end and our styles are no exception. While we do our best to anticipate initial demand, over time our styles will sell out. While items are occasionally restocked, that's not the case for all, especially our Limited Edition releases. To find out if a sold out style will be restocked, please contact support@galaken.com or sign up for our newsletter or social media feeds to always stay in the know!
